With your Personal Trainer, you can assess your physical status through various tests, including cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility assessments. **The First Session**
Your first PT session begins with a personal conversation where we clarify your training goals. From this discussion, we will create a customized workout program and plan tailored specifically for you. Of course, we will also allocate time for some training
**How Often?**
It's entirely up to you how frequently you wish to train with your PT. Most clients typically engage a Personal Trainer around twice a week. The workout program developed for you can also be utilized for independent training. Together, we will decide how often and for how long we will train together

Throughout your training sessions, I will motivate and inspire you to perform at your best, ensuring that your workout time is fully utilized for maximum effect
**Why Book a PT?**
Booking a session with a Personal Trainer can help you get started or advance your training. A Personal Trainer ensures that you get the most out of your workout time. I can assist you with everything from dietary advice to a customized training program. Most importantly, I will be with you throughout the entire workout, ensuring you perform movements correctly while also encouraging you to push your limits
Think of an hour with a Personal Trainer like a driving lesson. The driving instructor is there to focus solely on you, providing professional guidance on traffic rules, lane changes, overtaking, and parking. The key difference is that a Personal Trainer typically encourages you to "push harder" for the most effective workout possible
Initially, I will conduct a needs analysis by asking about your training background, any injuries or illnesses, and your objectives and goals. Based on this information, your Personal Trainer will design a personalized training program
I will also keep track of your progress by meticulously documenting every detail, such as weights, repetitions, distance, and duration. Additionally, I can conduct various fitness tests, allowing you to assess your cardiovascular fitness and body composition. Few things are as motivating as seeing tangible proof of your increased strength, improved endurance, or weight loss due to your training efforts
The effectiveness of personal training improves by at least 20%, and it’s not uncommon for results to double. You decide how many sessions you want to have with me. If you've never tried personal training before, I recommend booking at least three sessions to truly understand what a Personal Trainer can do for you. Some clients prefer continuity and meet with their trainer weekly throughout the year, while others engage in personal training for a limited time before continuing on their own
After a while, you may find it’s time for another "boost" that a Personal Trainer can provide.
